Questions
Common questions about pricing
Acreage is based on the total enrolled field boundaries in your account. If your fields total less than your tier limit, you're good. If you grow beyond a tier mid-season, you'll see an upgrade prompt and can move to the next tier at any time.
Croploom ingests Sentinel-2 multispectral imagery (primary NDVI source), user-uploaded drone thermal data, and NOAA weather model outputs for precipitation and temperature risk layers. Satellite coverage is automatic. Drone data is user-uploaded on-demand.
Yes. Grower and Operation subscribers can invite agronomists or other advisors to view field data with read-only access. Agronomists with their own Croploom accounts can receive client-shared fields into their advisor dashboard at no extra cost.
Your field boundaries and agronomic data are never sold or shared with third parties. Croploom uses aggregated, anonymized spatial patterns to improve model accuracy. See the privacy policy for full data handling detail.
Field location doesn't affect pricing. Your tier covers total enrolled acreage regardless of where fields are located. Croploom currently covers the contiguous US Corn Belt (Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, South Dakota). Other regions may have partial coverage.
